Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at tech51services@gmail.com before sending anything back. Do not ship items back without first receiving instructions from us, as returns are handled through our fulfillment partners and must be directed to the correct address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right at no cost to you.
Return shipping: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping costs are covered. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned, including items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, reflecting a fair resolution based on the nature of the issue. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at tech51services@gmail.com.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union Customers: If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
